I do naihanchi shodan (Matsubayashi Shorin-ryu). Oddly enough I liked it because it wasn't flashy and it looked different. I've been sharing my knowledge about basic strikes on my channel, so I definitely agree with teaching and sharing. I'm about to get into some self defense stuff.

Well said Master Moran, I've studied American Kenpo and Naihanchi Shodan is the only Okinawan kata I know so you've really showed some in depth meanings to me. I train alone and with my 11 nephew that I teach EP Kenpo to, I just got tired of the being forced to go to tournament's and all the politics in general. Doing what you do is so cool, I would live in a dojo if I could. Thanks Master Moran:)
