Is that why the Italian Prime minister has a close relationship with Russia and now China? The two emerging economics. The economy is better than the superpower such as USA and I am sure it will grow into 2011.
@yoyuepz Wow...Russian and China...only two of the most corrupt governments of the western world. Hardly surprising that a corrupt person like Berlosconi would jump into bed with them. It was revealed just last week by WikiLeaks that Russia (quote) "is regarded as a mafia state where corruption is rampant, criminals are protected by the police and prime minister vladimir putin has ammassed a fortune through illicit proceeds.
@yoyuepz Also Russia and China have some of the lowest wealth per capita of the western world...the average citiizens of these countries earn only a fraction of that earned in the US or my home country of Australia. This is a direct result of the poor distribution of wealth that is endemic under corrupt regimes.
