I love Todd Agnew, but I didn't know he had ever recorded this song. I've only heard the Casting Crowns version. The chorus is one of the most poetic ones I've ever heard. What a wonderful anthem and summary of what Christianity is all about. Need a new phone?
For anyone who is looking for a biblical explanation of the gospel and salvation, I would highly recommend checking out the scribd website that is listed on my channel. The scripture references given on there make it very clear and easy to understand.
Im a bit confused- Are these lyrics in the public domain? No offense Todd, but I like the current Casting Crowns version (melody) much better. Wonderful lyrics, my favorite song.
@miarocks Yes Mia, they are. Don't know if you have seen or will see my comment to Jace but this was not even originally a Casting Crowns song. Glorious Day (Living He Loved Me) is an adaption of the hymn "One Day" written by John Wilbur Chapman in 1910, thereby making the lyrics part of the public domain. Also, I agree with you. I have heard all three versions, and my favorite by far and away is the Casting Crowns version.
I am a Christian and I am saved, lately I've just kind of stopped worshipping him as I should, after hearing all these great words said by Jesus through Todd I'm really feeling Gods presence and I've prayed for forgiveness and I'm gonna do my best to put God first:)
Nothing like a great old hymn set to a more contemporary rhythm. I grew up singing this hymn in church! It was written so long ago that it is in the public domain. Cool tune though, and the message has only gotten better with time!
i love this song i listen to it every morning before school just as a reminder and i absolutely love it!!!!!!!!! it WILL be a GLORIOUS day when the one and only JESUS son of GOD comes back
@jalewis81 this song is actually by casting crowns both very good singers and both for god i just wish i seen more people like this around... well one day :) keep up the hope love ya jesus for what you did that day will never be forgotten NOT BY ME
@Jace12345678 The song is actually an old hymn, and while there is a version by Casting Crowns, this is not that version. Not sure if it is Todd singing this version for sure or not.
