Yeah same, it keeps turning off randomly and the battery lasts like...a day. It's a great phone but many faults

yes the screen is meant to do that so that when you have the phone up at your face you dont accidentally end the call... iphone does this also. You still enjoying the phone? I am hoping to get one but dont know whether to get this or the arena :\

@cookiiigurlls You have to restart your phone. Ask how to do it in the store where you got it(they'll give you a code)... If that doesn't help, you will have to reinstall the software. I had the same problem...
