My dad and i built this tractor a few years ago we have a lot of hours in this machine so don't say we didn't built it maybe we don't reply to your questions because we're not on the computer every night were in the shop working on these tractors and on other projects. To answer some questions it is a A12 Datsun engine in it about 60 hp that powers the hydrostatic pump

@surrynet I totally agree with you,"but one must wonder" if they post a video yet don't reply to any questions or possitive comments "did they actually build it"? People that don't "respond" can't because they didn't built it & don't have the answers. They are only posting a video & taking credit for someone else's work.Very disrespectul indeed! On Video's like this You Tube needs to make posters "either agree to respond" or "make it a no Comment post".

The tractor looks amazing, the poor guy behind looks like he's getting a very good work out!! You need to make a potato digger that has the bar type conveyor to separate the potato's from the dirt, then you just need to pull it behind the tractor, and one person can bucket up the potato's as they come across the conveyor, or make a catch box across the back of the potato digger. I helped a friend of mine dig up potato's and his digger made things great!!
did you guys build that? wow! Im impressed! :) I was thinking of building å tracked vehicle, but i think im just gonna put that on ice... I think it would suck compared to that, great job guys!!
It appears to be a massey 14 or 16 for the chassis. That's why the hi-lo two speed hydro. I would guess he steering by disk brakes inside the front wheels stopping each side.
I myself have begun building a JD version. Finding a scale accurate track is proving to be the biggest issue.
Nice machine, sounds like Hydraulic drive. Are you direct driving the rear wheels with two hydraulic motors or is there gear reduction? How much GPM are you putting out. How many gallon hydraulic tank are you using? Thanks, I am about 8 months into my project but I have no idea if it will run yet.
We went with a12 engine because we just had it sitting in the shed but a small diesel would have been nice
