It's so sad to me that no matter how kind Susan is, no matter what a beautiful voice she has, that there are those that feel they just have to make cruel remarks about her. She is a beautiful soul and that is so much more appealing than any beautiful face with nothing good inside. I am very happy that Susan has made it big, but I wish people would keep their mouths shut instead of saying mean things about her looks or supposed mental disabilities.
