  • Hi,

An update on problems with 'Add' when trying to do Page Curl.

If you have Serif Craft Artist Professional (or Platinum, I imagine) - it is already installed!

    No more problems.

Get your photo, then click on Photolab(above towards the left) and then top left, click on 'Effects'.

Then click on 'Style' - there you will find page curl. You will then see a window to your right which will let you choose exactly how you want it (showing you the changes instantly).

Hope this solves all the problems!

  • Great video, until the same problem as everyone else - have tried and tried to get beyond the 'Add' point half way through, with no success.

Is Ash around from Serif Videos to help?

Please help - it is such a great extra (but do not want to have to pay for any more software, for this one thing).

  • exactly the same thing happens to me, cannot use the add button

  • I also have problems when adding the cone shape to the photo, my add button does not light up. I tried over and over again, and became very frustrated as I followed the instructions very carefully. The whole tutorial is great if only it works.

  • It was great. I'll have many hours of fun. Thank you

  • i have a problem joining the shapes to the picture. The drop down list is just not active when i have selected both the picture and the shape. What should i do

  • Hi there, could you tell me why when I try to do the arrange..joint...add (your steps at 4:29) my add button doesn't light up so I can't add it. Did I miss something? thanks.

  • wow is all I can say.

  • Oh WOW, that was really good . . . thank you for making it so easy to follow!

    Hazel x

  • This is an interesting tutorial and a great way of making a Page curl., thanks for the tutorial. Please keep them coming!

A quick version :-Just create one cone (two shapes merged) and position onto the photo (I created a longer cone so that it started higher up on the photo to give a lengthier curl), then select the photo and simply erase the part that protrudes.
