Hi,I have a 500gb version. I was wondering if I could open the case and extract the drive inside,can't see any screws though. Do you have any idea how to do it?

hey man im using LG 320GB External HDD, but i cannot detect anymore to my pc i change already the usb cable but erro told me unknown usb device. Any idea how fixed it?

@mhon2146 Hmm maybe you should look on the LG site and search for drivers or something... or your PC is too old... Never had problems like that...

hey man, i have a question for you: i dont understand the part when you explain the USB cable, that cable comes with the HDD when you purchase it?, is one port for reading and the other one for power supply? thanks!

@SaulAnibalXLVI So, yes the cable comes with it.

And the second cable is just if you have an older PC which has USB 1.1 for example... Then the harddrive needs more power and you have to plug in the second cable too ;)

Nicht in bischen teuer des Ding? Im Inet kostets 100 € :S Ich such schon lange nach ner kleinen, billige und natürlich schnellen Festplatte. Gibts da ne alternative?

0_0 Ich hatte meine für ca. 65€ bekommen.... Guck mal bei Saturn/Media Markt, da sollte die mit 320GB nicht mehr als 70€ kosten.... Eigentlich schon wesentlich weniger.

Würde die aber nehmen, die ist auf jedenfall eine der kleinsten und auch super schnell.
