Thanks John, I agree with you and I see the begin of the second part of the fall will be in the middle of 2010. Anohter residential RE crash and the cascading fall of the commercial RE crash. Greece has fallen, Spain may be next or Portugal and of course Britain is very frail. Let us not forget Britain went bankrupt in the '70s. A long fall for GREAT BRTAIN since Queen Elizabeth the 1st to Queen Elizabeth the 2nd.
We are indeed heading for an economic meltdown. Totally agree with your observations John. As a country we can only blame ourselves for buying cheap imports for decades and not investing in UK manufacturing and our own people. Too many people have lived well outside their means and personal debt is at an all time high. Its pay back time and we dont like it.....I have two sons 16/21 ...........their future..........god only knows
