I'm shocked that the ML1 stays in tune. I can't even play mine anymore out of frustration because I've send it off to 2 different reputable techs and they cannot get it to stay in tune after a few big bends. It's a nice space filler in my guitar multi-stand.

Yo Rob need some help deciding something; I have been wanting a custom 8 string guitar for awhile because having a uniform 25.5 or 26.5 scale just doesn't work for me (either the low string is too floppy or the high strings are too tight). Have you ever played a Strandberg Guitarworks guitar before? They have fanned frets so that multiple scale lengths are possible. I have been killing for a 27.5-25.5 scale length guitar and I want to make sure they are worth the coin.
