Eargasmic, i love Apocalyptica so much, they preform really well live and it's great that "Mr. Cool" helps out even though he left the band a while ago. People say omg weird they're playing cello's they suck. I say that this is real music, before people got lost in the fact that you need vocals and guitars to preform good music, you don't need it, it ain't all about guitars is a saying of Apocalyptica's and it's true, they have passion for the past and it's great in the present.

Apocalyptica brings back the passion of the instruments, said passion has been killed by modern people's obsession with voices. And most of the time said voices say nothing interesting.

Oh I don't know about that, the instrumental in rock is what draws alot of people to that genre of music. But its hard to find the right voice for a band like this one. I think the best colab voice they did was with Adam of three days grace.

I say no. I say that they are perfect like this.

I'm not saying that voices are bad (I like The Killers and Nightwish) but heard Path II, and I must say, Path is better. Apocalyptica is a passion band, they express pure passion (have you paid close attention to Heat? My eyes get watery when listen to it).

Voices would just kill that because he would just add a voice that does not transmit emotions like the instrument. Thus ruin the piece.

@HerrBismarck Do they need a voice, no. However, they are constantly gathering a larger following of mainstreamers like me by adding the voices that we already listen to. If they hadn't done a song with Corey Taylor, I probably wouldn't have checked out their music and be spending so much money on it. Face it, it's at least a little bit about money, if not most. 7th Symphony is going to garner them a new batch of fans with Gavin Rossdale doing vocals on the first single.
