I'm thinking it may be some sort of Darley siren cause it has a similar motor to the Darley. It may be a Champion though they have a beveled flange for mounting, may be an STH-10 but they look like model 5s

This definitely doesn't look like a federal siren to me. I suspect that it might be either an import from Japan, or a CLM products. Either way, it would be fun to climb up there and take a look at the builder's plate.
