@alfinesam Buddhists and Hindus also feel peace when they pray and read their holy scriptures. Doing good things like giving to charity makes you feel good whether religious or not. Plenty of atheists say no to liquor too - but I'd encourage you to just enjoy your life and not worry too much about things you will never know. No Allah or any other deity will ever announce from the heavens which is the true religion (or sect).
