Well... when people refer to Crona as a "he," that doesn't really mean that Crona actually IS a guy. It all comes down to the original writings, and Japanese grammar. I'm not gonna bore you with the details, but Crona is thought of as being genderless.

But even in spite of that, I think that Crona is a girl. Crona is the child of a witch, and witches only bear females. But then again, Medusa has been known to perform experiments on herself and Crona, so who knows?
