I think my favorite was the jackal off of the 13 ghosts.. that thing always creeps me out... i wish i could make my own like that.. and the strobe light effect that came down the hall along with the way they walked made it perfect!

At Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah I used to go to the haunted house at the Utah State Metal Hospital on the hill. Certain mental patients that where on "good behavior" or were "making progress" put on the hunted house. Once, one jumped out and startled me and I hit one of them accidently, the guy I hit paused for a second thought about it then turned around and walked away. I almost pissed my pants! I didn't go back after that.

By the way, I lived in Maple Shade NJ from 1994 to 1999.
