Imagine that these incredibly complex mechanisms at the biological level developed only after an equally incredible set of mechanisms at the cosmological(Universe) level.

Every cell is comprised of Trillions of atoms. These atoms (Periodic Table) were cooked up in a star which then exploded (Nova) to create additional stars and ultimately planets (via accretion). Prior to this, there was only Hydrogen/Helium after Big Bang.

It makes my brain hurt just trying to grasp the enormity of it all.
