  • ughh

    here we go again...

  • okay im doing a project about this and i have to do an anamated flip book thing so is there anything that doesnt have viruses ands easy and can record sound

  • Where do the atoms necessary come from to create the molecules necessary to create a duplicate cell from nothing?

  • It's ok and interesting graphics!!

  • I love the music and the animation. I was actually hoping for a voiceover detailing the phases, but this was way cool too. The music and animation reminds me of Star Trek: The Motion Picture where the Enterprise is flying through the Vger cloud.

  • it sucks

  • what

  • Im sorry to say this but... there is no pro metaphase

    thats what my teacher said

  • @megahawk49 pretty sure there is but you just never learned it. ; P

  • @LittleAngel072 Yea, i think so tooo cuz i searched it up, kk thanks

  • this video is perfect for my biology task which is to teach the rest of the class mitosis. Thank you so much

  • @Joeyman200 do I know you?

  • Great video :) I needed this for school

  • I needed to bring the name of a mitosis vid to class, and this is def the 1!

  • hehe, i wonder what watching this while high is like?

  • Fantastic work!

  • Thanks for helping with my homework-- u made being home sick easier plus my science teacher showed this in class

  • one of the sickest videos on youtube

  • That was awesomee!

  • for some reason, this reminds me of a suspense film.

  • This is the coolest thing I've ever seen! the music makes it better. I love how at the beginning it shows some of the microorganisms at work such as the Golgi Apparatus.

  • Gosh, this is creepy!

  • 27 people hate science.

  • thanks a lot. now i understand what's going on and what does it look like. thanks a lot :) what is more important i know where is it happening!!!! :))))

  • that was amazing

  • I remember watching this last year when I was a freshman! ahh good times. i miss biology class. its so much more interesting than Chemistry!

  • do meiosis!

  • Did my eyes just feel wierd watching this???

  • 27 prokaryotes disliked this video

  • @ElijiahT lolol greatest "disliked" comment ever!

  • how do the chromosomes and other things move in the cell during mitosis? may seem an odd question but i have been curious about it

  • our topic today in school

  • In miss wrights class, learning!!!!

  • Imagine that these incredibly complex mechanisms at the biological level developed only after an equally incredible set of mechanisms at the cosmological(Universe) level.

Every cell is comprised of Trillions of atoms. These atoms (Periodic Table) were cooked up in a star which then exploded (Nova) to create additional stars and ultimately planets (via accretion). Prior to this, there was only Hydrogen/Helium after Big Bang.

It makes my brain hurt just trying to grasp the enormity of it all.

  • Cool :p, only if we could like animate a 3d version in the exam... :/...

  • The mitosis are really easy in 3D! ^^

  • Wow thanx I understood the boring chapter so interestingly in like almost 1 min... Tnx .. :))

  • Imagine...this happening in me every second of my life o.o

  • So surreal.....and badass!

  • The centriole things look like spiders....COOL!

  • Just WOW! Beautiful! I understood what my teachers tried to learn me the last week in just 1.22mins. :D

  • That was the most bad ass 1 and a half min science video I've ever seen! Thank you so much for posting! <3

  • this helped me study for a unit final...THANKS SO MUCHHH!

  • this is fucking amazing O.o

  • this video is really scary !

  • thanks

its really help me in teaching this lesson :)

  • beautiful

  • I always wonder why they put on such alien-like music! Haha, this happens all the time in your body and despite being totally awsome, it's completely natural.

  • woooow amaizingggggg -_-

  • Why couldn't my science teacher show this to my class, I would have understood it more.>_<

  • @BloodBlackAlchemist haha my science teacher showed us :) i liked it and ya know whats funny i live in a tiny hillbilly idiot town and i STILL got to see it. pretty epic.

  • 22 people have their screen upside down

  • I learned more in a 1:22 minute video than a 30 minute lecture from my biology teacher. I suppose I am more of a visual learner.

  • Biology is the appreciation of life. ^_^

  • this video is well made. it helped me do my project.

    thanks

  • love it. mitosis became so much easier:)

  • Very good

  • amazing!!!

  • I wonder if this epic muisc plays in our bodies while mitosis occurs

  • @Kwabz1947 ROFLLL!!!!!!!xD

  • @Kwabz1947 lol

  • @Kwabz1947 Actually i think it plays Rebecca Black.

  • @Kwabz1947 WHAT?! No, are you crazy? Party Rock Anthem plays when our cells undergo mitosis. Not this.

  • this is an awsome video.it helped a lot to understand the mitosis process!!!!!!!!!!!

  • so much easier to understand after this thanks!

  • Life is so beautifully designed.

  • @hauzzer LOL HAHAHAAAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAH

  • Do Meiosis!

  • does anyone else feel itchy after watching this?

  • awesome

  • cool looks like a movie clip xDD

    perfect animation bro

    i love it =]

  • please make a video for meiosis :)

  • i can't even imagine that it is happening inside my body right now .... but with this video is hard not to think about it ...i hope it will not be stopped yet i really want to live :)))))) VIVA MITOSIS

  • 21 cells were not capable of doing mitosis

  • wow

  • dude I am freaking out

  • can someone tell me if it is right if this video gets me a boner?

  • neat really like how it shows it... i just wished they labeled the parts.

  • Dat's a lot of chromosomes

  • Nice, but just a quick question..in mitosis of human cells, how do the duplicated chromosomes (sister chromatids) separate? There are no centrosomes in the human cell.

  • @Mcknockout777 yes there are. You are mistaken. Animal cells have centrosomes, while plants do not.

  • @PinkBunnyCorporation Ahh okay. Thanks for answering (Y)

  • @PinkBunnyCorporation its seems asif you know alot lmfaoo can you please tell me what they are and if dey good and bad lol what they do etc. that would be awesome if you do (:

  • @Mcknockout777 they seperate during anaphase

  • This really helped me, i mean being able to see the all other organelles. It really gives you a good picture of what is going on.

  • Why is this video so addictin got watch??

  • This video is Fucking Epic

  • all ready for my test tomorrow :P

  • whoa, the background music freak me out a little

  • whats the name of the song?

  • AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • simply amazing

  • is this going on on my body right now? sorry, im not a bio sabby >.<

  • @inblank Yep! A large number of your cells are going through mitosis all the time :P

  • Do you know where I can find the music alone (in full version)?

  • this video is fucking epic

  • wow this is amazing

  • im pretty sure the chromosomes line up in the middle after the spindle fibers attach to the centromere of the chromosome, but other than that this is the best mitosis video ive ever seen!!

  • I have seen that Mitosis really differs in microscopic view than picture that i have seen and observe in our school. BRAVO!!!

you have really shown all the stages and illustrated it very well!!!

  • Great video, but the music is FREAKY!

  • ffg

  • thank you for the information it really help me..

  • I learned this in 8th grade today!!! and we watched this video in clase. its pretty cool what goes on in ur body, but its annoying to do reports on when they're due the next day.

  • The 18 dislikes are christians

  • @ledepotesta damn creationists lol, but i doubt they come here, they might actually learn something

  • @ledepotesta

umm...actually I think this video supports their case.

  • @logicCplusplus i'm gonna refrain from turning this into a theological debate for everyones sake

  • THERES A WHOLE ARMY OF THEM!!!!!!

  • A video has never made cell division so epic....... Kinda lacks a lot of the process of labeling though lol, but what ever, it's only 1 minute long lol

  • this was crazy

  • This is SO much better than hearing what happens. Seeing it makes all the difference! Thank you!

  • I studied it this year... and the video saved me a day before the test! I got an 8.

  • @kynigh 8 out of how much?

  • @oishiininja 8 out of 10... before seeing this video I was really confused.

  • Thanks, as a visual learner, this really helped me visualize what was happening :D

  • honestly, coll vid but did not help me on science test...

  • music gives me chills

  • Truly amazing.

  • This is amazing. Now I actually know what I am studying.

  • Science seriously needs more people working in creating videos ect. like this, it teaches things that are much harder to grasp when learning.

  • @dylanlawless1 I wholeheartedly agree. This helped me really understand Mitosis better.

  • @dylanlawless1 sorry to be the grammar police, but its etc.* not "ect."

  • @DanielGannage Ah yes i knew i had made a grammatical error somewhere but i could not, for the life of me, remember what it was. I have not slept in months with it on my mind.

Thank you sincerely for clearing that blunder up. I don't know what i would have done had someone not pointed that out.

  • great work!

  • Life - is a work of art.

  • That was awesome! THX soooo much!!

  • This is really cool. You wouldn't know that this was animated.

  • Brilliant vid. Helped me make sense of a lot of facts that I had memorised but didn't really understand.

  • The music in these documentaries always scare me.

  • @McTacobell808 ya they scare me too

  • I...I think I'm going to have nightmares about this...don't know why...it's kinda creepy O.o

  • beautiful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • BEST MITOSIS VIDEO EVER!!

  • Woah this video is so incredible! I saw this is in science class the other day and needed to watch it again for further reference. It helped, thanks for the upload!

  • Amazing animation and effects, but it would be better with voiceover or written descriptions of what's happening.

  • thanks for make this video

  • This is surely the best youtube video on mitosis

  • that's my lesson today wow it's amazing ^-^

  • Beautiful...Biology is pure poetry. The miracle of life.

  • biology never ceases to amaze me yet freak me out at the same time!

  • @MultiAxian It's probably the song XD

  • @MultiAxian I feel the same about old age pensioners with drivers licenses. :-)

  • Ooooo! Very coooooool!

  • beth!

  • COOL!

  • Wel it is amazing but it is weird to think it is happening in my body right now

  • this is really cool but sorta creepy how that's what's happening in me right now........

  • metaphase has spideys

  • what are the tiny purple things before they turn into chromatin in prophase?

  • love it

  • Woah... this is happening right now... haha test on this tomorrow will be easy now! Thanks!

  • @blondeshawtygrl haha i got same test too tommorow :P

  • Test of this tomorrow... seriously, images from books do nothing to help me understand things! I need to see it MOVING! Not a goddamn image and another one following it showing that a piece of something moved.

  • this video is so beautiful i almost cried (tear)....good job!!!!

  • amazzing video!!!! Really helps!

  • totally incredible!

  • thnks 4 uploading it

    it was helpful:D

  • Wow, I learned about this but I didn't think cytokinesis was like that.

I know the cell splits but I thought it splits during telophase :p

    I'm glad I learned something new :]

  • @nellisonx me too

  • @nellisonx me too (im 12

  • this is great

  • thanks! this is so helpful! can you guys make one about the meiosis too? of all the biology-animators on Youtube, I find your videos to be the best.

  • Oh dear god, people who are shitting themselves for the AP Bio test are here too? Jesus I'm so fucking screwed.

  • AP Bio test this Monday! This helps!

  • @WEcantorek shit im boutta fail the AP bio test

  • @lookin4lyricalgod

I'm probably going to fail too.

  • Kinda cool when u think of it :)

  • simply amazing :0

  • only God can create something like this

  • man i love that music
