It's actually a girl who is killed in a prank gone wrong, she was a soroity sister, thus the molotovs, and she was killed with a cross wrench, thus the weapon of choice, and no one saw he death coming, so no one sees her coming, or and as an extra set up, there are tons of people wearing hooded gowns exactly like megans(the killer) so even in plain sight, where is she?
