@hotkit202 she's using a Mini-Mister by Ranger. Look it up in online scrapbooking stores by just searching "mini mister". The sprayer end unscrews and you pour in what you want - water, re-inker (inks), mica powders/perfect pearls, or the stuff she's using. All it is is a "spray bottle" in a mini, cylindrical type tube (hence the spray nozzle).
I wanted to say "Thank You", where I am located in WI... we don't have any copic classes available. So with you starting out with the basics makes me feel like I'm not missing anything! So... Thanks Again!
