@franciscobuilt Well, proxies only cover your real ip and assigns you a newly appearing one on internet. When you close the proxy, yes: you will receive your original ip and return to being to be vulnerable on internet. I read that the proxy he used in this video doesn't work on windows 7 (64-bit). Also, I heard that you shouldn't access websites that require a password, such as E-mail or your YouTube account.

Open CMD. Type in : SYSTEMINFO then highlight the IPv4 address and hit change. It's super easy!

For VPN, any locally running application still has access to your real IP address? Not as anonymous as I hoped, and websites can still detect that you're using a proxy.

I really dont want to recommend VPNs I have not tried out before. I recommend googling it. VPN 64 bit Vista or whatever OS you are using.

Yes when u proxy, u are actually making another computer do everything you want it to do to transfer to u. That is a proxy's drawback.

i don't recommend gaming behind a proxy for instance, unless its a simple game like yahoo pool or quake live.
