If you presoak dried chickpeas for about 12 hours in cold water, drain, cook for about 12 minutes on medium low heat, you won't get those skins. Just a tip. That's how I use chickpeas. I don't buy canned. Fresh chickpeas also taste better.

Thanks for the video. Chickpeas are a great source of fiber, When you remove the skin you are removing a good bit of fiber.
