I do think that Michael is alive and he would fake for privacy but then there was news that his children are going to an actual school and not being homeschooled anymore. I think that you can disguise facial features, nose, forehead and even the whole body! So that we can not recognize who is who! But there is one thing that you can never change, and that is the eyes. You can make maybe 3 lines on the upper lid and three on the eyelid, but the shape and size that can not be changed! I think if you draw comparisons. then one should focus on the eyes! Then it occurs to me, of course, why he carries in his speech to 'This is it" sunglasses? This is interesting!

it's too good of quality for a picture from 1999, photography like most other things has developed further and that is not a picture that is from 11 years ago, it's from the modern day. I dont know when, or even if it's before June 25th but it's not from '99

Also I think the blue around the eye represents our planet {the blue planet}..The silver circles on the jacket could be the rest of the Universe..The blue planet is set apart from the rest of the Universe..We are supposed to be the only planet to sustain life so therefore we should look after it.
