I'm a big bad movie fan and this is one of my absolute favourites of bad 80's action cinema along with Gymkata. The only thing that could have been better in this movie would be more Don Niam, the guy is hilarious. Some of the lines will have you in stitches, especially one involving Stingray's fish tank and eyeballs. The final happy ending scene of the movie is hysterical.

It also appears that every resident of this city knows martial arts.
