Slash is awesome, and Halo is awesome, but I think that I can be forgiven for seriously believing this was just a stupid joke. From anything other than a financial standpoint, there is not even the remotest similarity between the two games- end of story. But it is worth pointing out the effect associating a game with a well-known celebrity has on its sales. Maybe if master chief were real Halo would benefit from a similar phenomenon (There I go, doing just what I said was stupid to do).
