God is bigger than you think God is. Out of Him we and everything just came into existence. It is Jesus never said ' form a religion and call it Christianity' . He simply told His desciples(thw word "descipline" comes from desciple) to go every corner of the world to preach the Good news. Christianity is a mockery name given by the Romans in the 1st century to the believers who were following Christ's teaching and they were called the follower of Christ or Christians.

But these are songs designed for church congregations of amateur musicians to be able to learn and play, and church congregations of average people to be able to memorise and sing together with virtually no practice. Simplicity works wonders for congregational worship.

Here's some food for thought. It's pathetic seeing people argue and fight over who's religion or faith is right or wrong, especially when that escalates into acts of terrorism or war. My only question is how could you worship a man who drowned the whole earth and killed millions of millions after the flood? @goodie006 The rainbow after the flood was the covenant and his mercy was not long lasting. Why did you ignore numbers 25:3-4? "And Israel joined himself unto Baalpeor: and the anger of the LORD was kindled against Israel. And the LORD said unto Moses, 'Take all the heads of the people and hang them up before the LORD against the sun, that the fierce anger of the LORD may be turned away from Israel.' " When God killed the firstborn in Egypt, why? WHY did he kill babies? All loving, yeah right.

@Undergroundhiphoop Didn't Jesus establish a new covenant? The egyptians were bad people! I think it was retribution for the pharaoh's order to have all the firstborn sons of the Hebrews killed despite His warning. And besides, they didn't want to let His people go. And pharoh didn't belive in God. Link it all up and you get a rough picture.

@goodie006 Pharoah didn't believe in the Abrahamic God. They believed in Horus, which did almost EXACTLY the same as Jesus did. And geological evidence has shown that there were no slaves but well paid egyptians building the pyramids. But still, just because you won't let slaves go away should you kill the children or the individuals resposible? If a serialkiller killed 40 women, should the family members of the women that died get locked behind bars or the serialkiller? It's exaclt the same.

First, God is zealous/jealous—eager about protecting what is precious to Him. He is holy;the holiness of God is directly related to His righteousness, God alone is to be worshipped. He alone is separate from evil, but He tells us to be holy like Him. Given his holy characteristic, he is seperated from sin and hates sin. He loves us yet hates our sinful nature

Deuteronomy 4:29 But if from there you seek the LORD your God, you will find him if you look for him with all your heart and with all your soul. I'm not asking you not to question totally but rather, start loving first. In the bible FIRST commandment; to love God with all your heart.

It is unwise to choose something on your own when God is out there calling you to run back to him

"for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God." Where the dead goes, do you have to worry about them? You should start thinking about your own life. Afterall, the message of the good news is pretty simple. He wants to be in this personal relationship with you, this personal lord and savior whom is able to guide your every path in any situation. That is why i first said, start loving.

God is bigger than you think God is. Out of Him we and everything just came into existence. It is Jesus never said ' form a religion and call it Christianity' . He simply told His desciples(thw word "descipline" comes from desciple) to go every corner of the world to preach the Good news. Christianity is a mockery name given by the Romans in the 1st century to the believers who were following Christ's teaching and they were called the follower of Christ or Christians.

But these are songs designed for church congregations of amateur musicians to be able to learn and play, and church congregations of average people to be able to memorise and sing together with virtually no practice. Simplicity works wonders for congregational worship.

Here's some food for thought. It's pathetic seeing people argue and fight over who's religion or faith is right or wrong, especially when that escalates into acts of terrorism or war. The fact remains that none of us can truly prove which doctrine or religion is right until we all die and see what is on the otherside. I'm a Christian, but there's no point in me ruining other people's day by telling them that what they believe in is heresy, none whatsoever. So live and let live, and learn to love

Just because someone doesn't believe in God doesn't mean he can't enjoy a nice song. I think religion songs are often filled with bullcrap. But that doesn't mean that the songs itself are bad, or that I don't respect people who do believe.

My only question is how could you worship a man who drowned the whole earth and killed millions of millions after the flood? How could you call a man who says stone your child to death of he curses at you GOOD? The pope is responsible for starvation and an increase of death by aids.
