Its always easier to dismiss something when you are haven't been there or experience it yourself.... If you think the American government does it better in terms of search and rescue effort, then you may not have experienced the Katrina diasater aftermath.. it took nearly 3 weeks for the government to distribute much needed relief aids... the only time you see the American National guards is when they are around shooting at people
