@morphineguitar Sorry, didn't mean to offend! There is nothing wrong with a minihumbucker in the neck. I think I'd prefer it personally (to a full size or fender size). Though I'd most prefer singles in the neck and bridge and have a mini in the middle with it's own volume knob and have the switching be like a 2 pickup tele.

No no no ... I´m not offended at all ! But Suhr doesn't offer a mini humbucker as an option. I have lots of teles and most with single in the neck, this one is a different one, like a hot rodded with the humbucker (like a Tele 52 Hot Rod), just that. I just need to check what humbucker is installed because others asked me what model is (its a Suhr, of course). But nothing's wrong with a mini humbucker, awesome combo too.

@morphineguitar I didn't really think you were offended but I wanted to make sure. I know they don't offer mini humbuckers (that's why I asked, cause it looked like one to me) and not to be a know-it-all but the hot rod 52 DOES have a seymour duncan minihumbucker in the neck.

Actually I think that there's a Custom Shop version (limited edition) that came with a 59 Seymour pickup before this new USA series. But in fact, the regular USA version comes with a Seymour mini humbucker.

that guitar is hella sick at first glance it just looks like an older telocaster which is cool enough in itself but you'll also got a badass headstock on it.

I'm looking to get a Suhr Archtop...but i'm not sure how it will sound with gain, it has humbuckers...but I don't know. how does the humbucker in that tele sound compared to other humbuckers you have played?

The construction matters a lot !! Humbucker in a archtop sounds a lot different than humbuckers in a tele or LP. Suhr humbuckers are great, I have 3 different models in different Suhr guitars, love them all !! But I guess that the humbucker in a archtop will sound more like a PRS Hollowbody, which is awesome too, just different, more jazzy, more airy and less compressed than a LP or even a tele.

Suhr guitars are amazing instruments, I bet you won't regret buying this guitar.
