It is hard to really understand how hard it is to b totaly relaxd during training, and practice.....i would guess that's why some people can train in -20 degrees......and others can not. Where's me jumper....where's me jumper ;)........on a seriouse note though....to b able to relax every joint in ones body, well........lets start there.....
power itself is an illusion, if I weigh 60 kg's, I can hit with a hammer of 60kg's if i've trained so....taiji is about having a good teacher...
If one has been through the whole taiji arena be it in China or overseas.....its all getting very entrenpreneur and commercialisd in getting a bigger slice of making money through teaching taichi calling them true masters who has trained or have been taught by very legendary taiji masters.There are also many "break-off: factions due to reasons unknown to anyone unless u are part of the whole game.Its just so unsure if you are truly learning the right form of taichi !
@chenshi56: not sure of your meaning, but Wang Haijun has lived in Chen Zhenglei's home since he was 7 years old, training every day with him. If Chen Zhenglei considers Wang Haijun to be a master, that should be good enough for anyone to accept.
That's my teacher! I'm so fortunate...
I didn't know he was ok posting things though. We film but don't post his work here in NC.

great stuff. i was so wrecked by then! its great to be able to watch myself doing the form and with Master Wang at the same time its even better!
