I dont know what you looked like before this so I'll go constructive on what I see. I Dont see a whole lot of mass, although with the exercises you're doing you're bound to grow, I will reccomend pull-ups, assisted are great for upper back. Also focus on upper pec. I would stick to barbell curls to truly peak your biceps, for barbelss emphysize on strict form with the bicep brachialis (under bicep muscle). Also you need shoulders big time, deltoid side raises are a MUST. Keep it up, good job.
