also if you run outta ammo and get killed and if a medic revives you your gun will be invisible and all yu see is crosshairs. but you have to switch to your pistol and switch back and everythinng goes back to normal

10 kills in one game with a sniper unlocks the sniper specialist ribbon after you have collected 8 sniper specialist ribbons you unlock 5X zoom :)

you have to ear your zoom in try killing people with your sniper in a 2x zoom and due that in 8 games and then you unlock the 5x zoom

hey i am a vet sniper on killzone 2. If you get ten kills with the sniper in one round you get a ribbon. If you get eight of those ribbons, you unlock 5x zoom.

@bloodvein3 Why do you need help. As soon as you spawn cloak. Then pick up any weapon. Once you kill, wait for the cloak to become accessible again. As soon as you die, start again. I got it in the space of 4 hours.

That is how you get 5x zoom.

Weis nicht ob dier schon geholfen hat aber dazu musst du wenn du getarnt bist (unsichbar sniper) 5 kills machen dann bekommst du eine medaille die brauchst du dann insgesamt 8 mal damit bekommst du dann sichten und markieren sprich du hast dann dieses lustige fadenkreuz bei den gegnern ! This happened to me in the campaign whot the sta3 lmng. It was part of the near last leval where you had to destroy the 4 stations or somthing to destroy the lightning arc or somthig(sorry i'm tired and can't think straight) also online just randomly my M82 dissaspeared, all i saw was crosshairs, when i zoome i saw just zoomed blank screen, when i reloaded the gun pulled over my shoulder to reload then went back over my shoulder. just thought I'd share.

You have to unlock the correct ribbon. Otherwise, you have the normal 2X scope.

kill ten people with the sniper rifle to get a sniper ribbon, yuou need 8 of these ribbons for the medal, im not sure if you need to unlock the sniper first cos you can pick up a dead guys sniper and get lots of kills with it.

No problem :] If you want to get loads of kills quickly, then I suggest joining 16 player Bodycount-only matches while using the medic class.

No, just dont reload on the ledge.. Reload before you get to the ledge, or after you go off of it. Not that hard.

No excuse to reload on a ledge... It's pretty simple, let me explain to you. After you shoot at someone one, and you start to run, before you get to a ledge you reload, or after you get off of the ledge you reload. Wasn't that easy!

In the heat of battle, the mind is focused on targets. Why should I have to take time to reload before or after ledges? What if the enemy comes up before I need to reload before those damn ledges? Its minor but it needs fixing regardless. Can't just dismiss this problem altogether. Not on a PS2 exclusive no. Its not like the game went multiplatform where there can be numerous problems.
