Bud, I agree with alot of what you have said. I have a a 14 year old daughter and I'm not sure I could act properly if she were to be jumped by eight kids. While what has happened was absolutely terrible, we are perpetuating their time in the lime light by reahshing it over and over again in every venue from television to talk radio to the internet. We should ease up on the coverage and let those responsible serve their sentences...however pitifully light they are.
