@rosarosa68 They are. I had (4) $2 mq that were only good at Walmart for White Cloud toilet paper. She said normally they say you can use 4 but these don't. I said if they don't specify then you can use as many as you have. I only had 4 not 10 so I don't know what the problem was anyways. This was a small haul so I didn't have that many mq's. I sure am glad I didn't get her a couple of weeks ago when I use a bunch of mq's.
Walmart it's horrible with the coupons.
