Stalker Call of Pripyat - I Work Alone compilation mod

It doesnt work on Steam. Me sad.

@117superdude Right now I don't remember well, but I think that if you install the mod and then you go to the steam library, right click on call of pripyat - propertis - local files - verify game cache integrity, steam will re-download a couple of files and then the mod will work, but there will be no fov change.

Btw, my advice is to wait until january 13rd, when Misery mod should be released.

Question, are there new guns in this mod or are they the same ones as vanilla?

@AlitRama No. There are the same weapons as vanilla. "Unique" weapons, like for example the Strelok Rifle have a different skin. BTW, in the new mod of the author, there will be a lot of new weapons. Check on moddb.com for "Misery".

@adamweichel Misery has not been released yet. It should be out in weeks. Can't wait to play it. Probably i'm going to make some video of it.

@enrico316 lol my bad, but i tried to download "i work alone" and it dident work. when the download was finished it opend up in winrar where i tried to extract it to stalker cop, but with no succes. i know that u have to change the gamedata folder from false to true in one point, but when i try it it says i dont have admin permission even though i am the only user on this pc. can u help me?

@adamweichel yep, i was having the same problem. Best solution is to copy the .ltx file on you desktop, for example, and edit it from there. Then, just copy that file back in you CoP folder.

Btw, I don't think that's why you can't extract the IWO .rar. Maybe the download was corrupt. I know it is annoying, but try to download it again.

Or just wait for Misery without spoiling nothing from IWO.

@AosaBid sorry, but I have never played sgm, so I really can't say which is better. Btw, I Work Alone is a really good mod, should give it a try, especially if you like slow pace action. I don't think they can work toghether.

Ah, in the video you see the 1.0 or maybe the 1.1 version. The 1.2 is out now, and it is even better.

Hey another question :P, do you know if this works with the S.M.R.T.E.R. Pripyat v0.41 mod?

@rpvirus I'm pretty sure this will not work with S.M.R.T.E.R. They both change way too much in the game to work together.

@rpvirus Dipends on what are you looking for, they are very different kind of mod. Complete mod is a graphic overhaul, while IWA change a lot of gameplay. I personally prefer IWA. Give it a try.
