I remember watching this movie when i was about 12/13 and my lil brother and sis gave up on finishing it, I was the only one who sat through it all mystified and shit! xD I thought the guy who played Bruce really nailed the psychological aspect of the character... I know it dragged out but damn I loved it and rewatched it again and again xD

Even though I disagree with them, I understand why people don't like this movie (usually because it was quite far from their expectations) but I have to clear up one thing with some naysayers. Whether you thought the Hulk dogs were goofy or not, do not (I repeat do NOT) refer to them as Hulk poodles. There is exactly 1 poodle out of the group. I have little to no respect for people's opinions once they introduce that phrase into a discussion.

The good thing about this movie is that they grasped Hulks powers really well, more rage, more size more power, BUT the 2008 Hulk had a whole lot more action, better CGI, a good story line and it was incredibly epic. I get bored of this one when watching the fucking three day introduction before we see any action. And in my opinion Edward Norton plays Banner so much more effectively. It's just a shame yet ANOTHER new actor will be portraying the character in the Avengers. Suck it.

You have a point tho that they made the hulk look too little, but the second Hulk was still more detailed where as this one just looked big and clumpy. After seeing The Avengers trailer it looks like both these problems have been fixed. I wish they would've kept Ed Norton tho =L

INCREDIBLE HULK is more entertaining than the original in general, and it was shorter too. Though I think both have their merits. And while I do agree Norton was better, I think Bana did fine. Too bad we can never have a consistent Banner/Hulk. In AVENGERS they are once again recasting the role and revamping the look of the Hulk all together.

I've said it before, I'll say it again, the 2003 Hulk was better than the new one in almost every way,I see with the discussion below that many of you agree with me, and that makes one glad.

Right from the opening credits(which were awesomely done btw) to the last fight scene[take it! take it all!] this hulk was breath-taking, a creature of rage, loneliness and joy, with exhilarating action scenes.

The new Incredible hulk? I'm not saying it was a bad movie, it just wasn't memorable at all! MO

Look at it in terms of vision, surreal imagery; Eric Bana was a much better Banner that Edward Norton btw, although Edward is a great actor, in the incredible hulk he just didn't shine through;mindscapes, original storyline, those split-screen moments, which were copied numerously after this movie, I might add. The action sequences in 2003 Hulk- jaw-dropping, extended moments of pure rage and joy!

The way I see it, I liked and enjoyed both Hulk movies. Even though this Hulk movie was long, I do not see how this Hulk was disrespectful to the comics like everyone makes it out to be. Ang Lee may have misenterpreted (sp) the character of Hulk, but if there's one thing he and his team did right, it was the amazing animation of Hulk. It moves so realisticly!
