People, the video card is the important thing here. My system's running 6gb ram which is unusually high, but that doesn't matter because my video card has 215 vram. I ran this on minimum resolution and settings and it was about 1FPS... unplayable. Most modern games (including GTAIV) list at LEAST 512mb in their system requirements. But when it doubt, look at the system requirements.

I like to help them out. but if you put that question into google.if it only contains the words

"Can I run this game" It will show you the can I run it? website.

All PC game specs are there, it checks your system and calculate the performance for the game.

No, It's always correct.

it only looks at the hardware you have in it and drivers for the hardware.

It does not calculate how many background processes you have running or what else. If it says you can run it and you can't try cleaning up your PC.

In your case it's a new PC. Update drivers, or TDU is poorly optimized for PC I don't know.

@waazabie No it just does not work that well the pc has 6gigs of ram and yeh it just has a regular graphics chipset but on my other pc its supposed not run that well but it runs much better than on the other pc and my pc with a 4670 runs tdu perfectly at max settings.

The AMD Athlon 3200 XP does have more "ghz" it got 2,2ghz, but the 64bit Athlon knows more funktions like "SSE2". Maybe your CPU got lower speed but in the end the 64bit is better, because it got more funktions, games like GTA IV wouldn´t even start on the AMD Athlon XP 3200+
