@StudenTutorials Well I basically 'bulked up' until about 12 weeks out from my show. It really depends on your body type though. When I bulked up I never got above 9% body fat, but still gained muscle. The cutting stage also depends on how much body fat you have to begin with. Having only 8 or 9% to begin with I have been cutting down for about a month now and am a little over 6 weeks out from my show, it is really what results you want.
