Problem is, CPS loves to pick on parents who aren't rich, so the parents can't afford pricey expert witnesses. The State has unlimited resources, (seems how it's our money), and can generally afford to put on a much better case than 1 or 2 parents. It's beyond David & Goliath.

@krazyknva78 I realize this is very tragic and emotional but a worker is by law allowed to work a 40hr work week and CPS often does not allow or pay for overtime so given she was there on Thursday and filed a report and another investigator was there on Friday of which the children and father were gone and more investigators there on Sunday I do not see this investigator as wrong - clearly it was going thru the process for removal and there is clearly culpability with the psycho parents

2nd case where a father lubricated his finger with saliva and inserted it into 6yrolds vagina tranmitting the herpes virus to her

I would testify with as much vigor for the defense If I felt the parentws were being wrongly accused as wel

Have you considered the fact that children are continually, and horrifically, abused in foster "care," yet no one ever seems to give a damn about this? Parents are continually wrongfully accused, for example, in BC, Canada, Paul & Zabeth Bayne were recently found not guilty (after years) of shaking their baby. Judge still didn't give back kids, corrupt system.

There have been too many cases of false allegations of child abuse and murder (check out my video on Charles Smith) for me or any sane person to just blindly accept allegations of child abuse just because someone on youtube who is claiming to be an expert says something happened. I understand you feel obliged to defend your mother's career choice, however don't assume the average parent in ANY country will EVER trust CPS. Much like it is anyone's right to speak their peace, especially if it's factual. Using this video as just one of God knows how many cases, children are for more endangered in the "care" of CPS & the foster homes these children are put in.

@krazyknva78 I don't disagree that a foster home is more dangerous than a regular home. As I said the system is way overburdened and because of this, the state provides financial incentive for people to become foster parents. Then these losers who don't care about kids become foster parents and just want money. However I don't care what ANYONE says to you. They're not taking kids from loving homes. On rare occasions maybe, but it takes more than just an accusation to remove a child.

@derekismature All it takes is the "word" of an unethical & immoral CPS caseworker to set up an Ex Parte with a judge & present fabricated evidence, to which the family isn't even aware of until someone comes knocking on their door. If you are going to say this would never happen, I'll be happy to link various links to cases where this has happened.

Don't assume I'm speaking from what I've been told or read, I've seen this happen more then once myself. CPS is NOT to be trusted, bottomline.

Even if you hated someone to their very core, it should be out of the question to do something so evil. If you've personally seen it on multiple occasions then that would indicate that it must be pretty common. Assuming you know 100 people (a stretch) intimately enough to know they weren't in fact abusing their children, and you've witnessed it at least two times, than would mean 1/50 children. ???

@derekismature The incentive is money. Every child CPS puts into the system, or adopts out, CPS recieves an increase in federal funding. In some reported cases, these casesworkers also pocket money as well. Look at the system itself. What are the viable, reported statitics showing on how many children are taken every year & what's the funding recieved comparatively? There are numerous parents out there that have fallen victim to CPS' greed. Their factual stories are out there. Read them.

Wow!! The more I listened the worse it got! How many children have died in CPS "care" that we don't hear about? This was horrible - a horribly sad story. These poor children stolen from their family - and now one is dead - the other maimed. Maybe, just maybe - when enough people see this story, we can all say "enough is enough" and put an end to this practice of stealing children for money.
