Sure. In Vegas, I render as a WMV file in best quality possible (which you can get by fiddling with the sliders in the Custom box). Image size is 640 x 480 (as recommended by Boogidyboo) - it's the same proportion as Youtube videos (480 x 360) so no stretching or blurring occurs. Not sure about widescreen yet, but I'd guess some form of 640 x 360 .
