well, it isn't a laptop :P, well it is, but it's a notebook (a smaller variation of a laptop) basically it's got a 250gb harddrive and 1 gig of ram, i don't rally get what you mean a medium laptop? are you talking in terms of size or capacity?

@sahab999 a medium size laptop is about 15" i have a macbook 13" though and it is still a very nice size so if you want to go a little under 15" then its still okay. dont go with 10" though, you will probably regret it unless you want to constantly take it with you everywhere.

I have a question,

Did they fix the fan issue? i have a 2009 pink vaio [which i am using right now] and i have taken it in more than twice to get the fan fixed because it made a really bad noise. Also, can i get the mouse and covering case anywhere? Like lets say, at bestbuy? [where i shall be purchasing the computer.]

Looks pretty nice though, different from most laptops.

Sony still know how to make their notebooks look great, even the lower cost ones.
