My PC is not a powerful one, but still it is above the minimum requirements for GTA IV, and still, it runs at 15-25 fps (sometimes, but very rarely at 30). Well, at least the GTA IV port was better than the Saints Row 2 PC port (I had to activate my 2 processor cores to make it work properly).

Still, lets hope for LA Noire's port not to have those problems.

@MaleBosszz (Continuation of my last post) I have hope in LA Noire's PC port, because it is being developed by Rockstar Leeds, who were responsible for the PSP version of GTA Liberty City Stories and Vice City Stories, wich were great games (my favourite PSP games), and the GTA IV's PC port was developed by Rockstar Toronto. So, lets hope that Rockstar Leeds doesn't mess up like Rockstar Toronto did.
