This is REALLY GOOD I watched your video made me hungry,,,I went to Wal Mart got everything I needed....made it and ate the whole thing by myself!!!!!!!!!!
Our family likes white bread for this recipe, so that is what we use. The brand isn't so important. We usually just pick up the store brand, since they all seem to work and taste about the same. My guess is that most of them come from the same source just with different wrappers. At the stores near us (Wal-Mart, Publix, Kroger) they come in a 3 pack of 1 lb frozen loafs.
This is our favorite recipe to make with my bestfriends little girl. It is sooooooooo yummy and she is so proud when she says she helped make it. It is also good the next day and we love to serve with marinara on the side. Yummy!!!!!
After braiding it, try brushing with a mixture of melted butter, parmesan cheese, garlic and dried basil, then dusting over that with cornmeal. Gives the crust a great flavor.
I'm assuming that You're using frozen bread dough? I love the technique of "braiding!" I will definitely use that technique next time instead of just rolling it over like a kind of tubular calzone. Thank You!
Update: Ann clarified a couple of things. To prepare the bread dough, spray the pan, then spray the top of the loaves and cover with wax paper or plastic film. For baking time and temp, follow the instructions that came with the bread. It's ready when brown and bubbly.

Wow, I was half paying attention to this video until I saw you braiding the bread, now im excited to try this out!
I learned a new technique, in the past I just folded the dough into itself making a big mess. :)

We just use a standard 1 lb frozen loaf of bread. Here in the US, you can find it in the frozen section of most grocery stores.

Yes, frozen bread dough. The brand doesn't really matter. Just follow the baking instructions that came with the bread when you bake it.
