Zaph- not positive about the play-by-play, I think Jeff Rimmer... but the color guy with the nasal voice is Craig Laughlin. ...Laughlin is still the Caps' color commentator, Joe Beninati is the play-by-play (Joe B came like a year or two after this). ....check out Tinordi vs Smith, Laughlin is funny on that one too. Joe B calls that one with him.
