Hi I'm a marine and all I have to say is one, freedom has a flavor the protected will never know, two except for ending slavery, naziism and facism war has never solved anything. So to all you hippies and dope smoking bitches who boo republicans and the conservative way of life, go fuck yourself.
Is a message to all Jordiortegatv, but if you want to know what to watch next in order to better reality, watch what the bleep you dont know, the secret and other meta-quantum physics stuff if you want to here more people confirm studies of thought changing things, it is an awakening journey that takes months to complete, i suggest it to you all and LOVE will come back to earth again, with our minds, everyone please go watch, you will change, we can change, we are the power, we are god, all in 1
LEarn about your mind and what NO WAR really means, when you think no war, we usually think of bombs and tanks, yet, the thoughts are what the problem is itself, thought sicentifically has been measured to change elctrons, thats right, electrons, everything is made of these... THINK PEACE ONLY, THINK about what you want, do not ever think about what you do not want, the universe only picks up on war/peace, no peace is better then no war, remmber this and learn more on my playlists, thought power
If it was up to me code pink would be a crime for high treason. If found guilty tnen you should be executed. Death to all liberals and Anti-War protestors. I will be the first person to nuetralize this if it ever becomes a crime.
P.S. Before anyone gets mad I am utilizing my rights under the first amendment. Freedom of Speech!!!! For now!!!!
taking it to the streets...where is the outrage about this war spending and gas prices. there should be more protest. everyone just sits at home and bitches. keep up the great videos. texadonkey
Thanks Texadonkey! I guess they just want to see us completely squeezed!!! Let's keep a bit of sense of humor. I just heard actor Tim Robbins on the radio yesterday saying that some of it is indispensable in the struggle to better things that are really F... up. Best! J
Code Pink should stop lowering their standards and quit arguing with people who don't believe in what they are protesting. Just stand with your pretty sign and ignore what people try and say to you, I have been watching these code pink videos and they look like morons picking fights with veterans. It is such a slap in the face to them. I am not for war in Iraq but I would never have the nerve to argue with someone who has served in Iraq and or is serving my country. Oh well
I am not with Code Pink. I am an independent, award winning journalist and filmmaker. I capture with my camera whatever meaningful happens around me, such as this protest in particular. I think you should analyze your assumptions.
Heroes???? There is nothing heroic I see in this video. Must be nice not having to work for a living so you can spend all of your time protesting. I wish I had that luxury. Never judge anyone until you have walked in their shoes for a mile. Oh, and those soldiers you spit on today, you're gonna need them when our enemies are knocking at our doorstep and then you will be the first ones crying.
Unbelievable. The ignorant get the right to protest, when the brave volunteers risk their lives defending that right. I'd love to see the "peace-lovers" actually do something useful with their energy.
It is not unbelievable, it is actually happening and it has happened since the early days of this political system. It´s called democracy. They are not ignorant. Actually, most peace protesters are actually very well versed about freedom of speech and other rights. Brave volunteers? U.S. soldiers are a paid army. They do their job and get paid for it (my best wishes and respects for all of them, by the way). They do risk their lives but unfortunately not defending these type of rights nowadays.
VOLUNTEER:a person who voluntarily offers himself or herself for a service or undertaking. Whether they are paid or unpaid they are volunteers. If you would like to know the definition of DRAFT I can give that to you as well, or should we wait for the brave to stop "volunteering" so the people holding the picket signs can fight for our rights??? I will be more than willing to hold up one of those signs, pray for peace, and hope that the sign holds up to terrorist attacks.
If there was a real threat I would be the first to bear arms. I think your sense of danger is oversized. Or your vision really blurred about how to prevent and act upon danger and violence. Prevention is a way much more difficult and effective, long-term tactic than dropping some napalm here and there. Ah! And knowing about history, diplomacy and international politics is an absolute must for any nation in the 21st century in a global economy. Unless ignoring international right is the strategy!
When do you suppose we should consider anything a "real threat?" When it's too late? I do not believe the danger is oversized. I have a family to think about, and waiting for the "real threat" is cowardly and unresponsible. You are correct in saying that prevention is the key. In fact, I believe that is exactly what we are trying to do. While the armed forces are actually trying to help others, others choose to sit back and hold the signs. Tell me how this is accomplishing prevention?
Hey Pinksking44 thanks for writing again. Do you honestly think that the Iraq campaign was a response to a threat from that area of the world and do you honestly think that its consequences have improved our homeland security situation? I know these are two brutal questions but this is exactly what I am talking about. It´s not about throwing our arsenal away. It is about preventing fires, act on the ones that are already on and prevent collateral ones, in my view. Best. Jordi

Wall Street Journal carried an interview with former North Vietnamese Colonel Bui Tin, a member of the North Vietnamese general staff. Col Tin was asked, "Was the American anti-war movement important to Hanoi's victory? "He responded, "It was essential to our strategy... Every day our leadership would listen to world news over the radio at 9:00 AM to follow the growth of the American anti-war movement.
Dear Capsource1, first of all, I very much thank you for writing your comment with the respect that you showed (many prefer just to insult and not engage in a conversation). I also think that what you report this Vietnamese Colonel as saying is probably true. But I also think that, because they are willing to die, marines are not necessary braver than those who are committed to peace and to avoid deaths through diplomacy.
If there was a true threat I would be the first to go fight. But not being willing to get informed to think critically is being manipulated, it is dangerous for people here and abroad and it is irresponsible. To me, commitment in the Ethics at the individual level is a prior requirement to commitment at a national level. Specially when those in command are as unethical as they are now and as they were during the Vietnam war. I am no sheep or robot. I am persona. Thanks for watching.
Go to my webpage and view the video that I put together for Marine recruiting center in Berkeley. I sent it to the Mayor and 2 City Council members. These people are a threat to me my family and my country.
its funny because the enemy is using you people to beet us in this war, just like they did in Vietnam. but oh well, people in the military are puting there lives on the line so you guys can have little marches and stuff without being shot or imprisoned. freedom of speach all the way, just remember to support the troops. Semper Fi
I will always remember to support the troops but we have a few trillions of dollars in deficit due to the lack of interest of the current administration about what´s right for all Americans. Just remember that. Thanks for commenting on my work figger1234. Best, J.
Thanks for writing Viper3819, I appreciate it. I do believe that in this case war is not necessary at all. Take care and thanks for watching my work. Jordi
I think we should finish what we start no matter why we go in. When we rush out, things happen like Vietnam and Cambodia where people get massacred or in Somalia where people are still starving and being killed. We need to finish our work in Iraq then get the hell out.
