1st kid: your mom needs to cut the umbilical cord...2nd kid: grandma needs to learn "911"... holy crap these kids are being turned into serious losers by their families...time to learn some independance...schools should install cell blockers. I'd support that as a taxpayer.
@DoubleDeluxe4 you think it is "making fun" to express concern for these kids becoming codependent. The kids simply need to get a life. The world needs less losers. This is the age where they can be saved.
