I've watched several of your videos and I have to be displeased with a single one of them. I can't resist saying that all of these horses are beautiful. They look like such a smooth ride.
If you do not know the difference of a runwalk or rack look at the HEAD if its not shaking he is NOT runwalking -that is how we tell the difference of gait, ,in my opinion the rack is much harder on the horse to perform it takes alot more energy to perform -compare a horse racking to one runwalking and the racking horse is 100% more tired after the ride than the runwalking horse .The old timers had it right breeding for the runwalk gait ! Congrats on the sale .
I have a Tennessee walker. And I also have my QH. And I have to say. People who like trail riding. You will love the Tennessee walker. I let my brother ride the Tennessee walker last time we went riding and I rode my QH and the Tennessee walker is like a Cadillac when it comes to smoothness.
I don't know anything about TWH's, please can somebody explain me what the difference is between the, more flat walking horses who look to mee more like paso peruano's in their moves, like this beauty her, and the TWH's who make the extreme moves like an Saddler. They look so completely different to me, is that training of breeding or how does it function and why are there 2 of such a different types in this breed?
look at the head if its not shaking he is not runwalking -he is racking ---look at some videos you will see alot of racking horses---but the runwalk is easier on the horse to perform IMO its nice to see someone that is not enhancing the gait with shoes --he is a nice horse -great song pick
Thank you! He has never been shown, but I would like to show him sometime. I have been giving riding lessons on him. The song is Tennessee Stud by Johnny Cash. I thought it fit him well. Thanks again!
Funny that you should call someone else a "dummy", when it's perfectly clear by this video that the horse is performing a saddle rack, not a running walk. He's a beauty, no doubt, and looks really smooth gaited. But his conformation is built for the racking gaits, not the running walk, even though he's a TWH stud. Do your homework before you call anybody a DUMMY!
nice horse does he act studdy at other horses? how can i keep mine from hollerin at others while riding?
