This kid is a stud!!! my pops had me driving his buggy at this age although it didnt do wheelies it was a 2180 mid engine and plenty fast for a 9 year old. It teaches you a respect for power, a respect for your vehicle,control of your vehicle, and most of all an awareness of your surroundings. You know in finland you start learning to drive around 13 years old, and to pass their test a kid must be able to make the car lose traction on a skid pad, then make it regain control. makes sense due to their weather conditions but that's why they have very low accidents and such
