It looks like what makes ACE different from other CEBP solutions is that IT developers without much or any telecom expertise can use the ACE APIs or packaged apps to integrate communications with applications simply and quickly. The multi-vendor aspect is unique too (esp against Cisco) and the real-time (i.e. voice and video) integration is key for mission-critical apps (Microsoft CEBP is more "semi real-time" with IM). Cool video!
