Actually they use the same guitar part, they didn't want to waste that part, so they used it for runaway cause it sounds so cool :D, some persons say that Stick 'N Move turned into Runaway, but I think they only used the guitar part :D, cause Runaway sounds too different than Stick 'N Move except in the guitar part :D
