Well didn't Japan manage to reason with terrorists after 50 towns and cities were firebombed and 2 nuked? And didn't that happen to end WW2? It's a shame the terrorists on that occasion were never persecuted, but are instead largely praised... oh well, god bless America?

Yes, that is what I'm saying. After all, Japan attacked Pearl Harbour in Hawaii, they missed the towns and cities, and attacked a military establishment. America responded by dropping bombs on as many as 50 Japanese towns and cities, and then dropped nuclear bombs on 2 other cities... also, America did not attack a single Japanese military establishment. They only attacked civilians, to invoke terror. Hence, the very definition of terrorism, and the largest act of terrorism in history!

Only 57 civilians died at Pearl Harbour, the other 3,000 were Military Personnel. The Japanese were obviously aiming for the harbour and not the houses around the outside as very few houses were damaged at all.
America gave 2 days noticed before they dropped the second nuke, and they never specified which city they would bomb. What was Japan supposed to do with 20,000,000~ civilians? And by that time, over 50 towns and cities had already been bombed. Were any military bases attacked? No!

Actually WE gave warnings to both cities by dropping thousands of papers telling them to leave there city or they will be bombed.

You dropped those papers on literally a hundred or so towns and cities, and never specified the City which would be bombed. It wouldn't have worked anyway because Nagasaki was not the original target for the second bomb, Nagoya was.
From the letters:
"We have just begun to use this weapon against your homeland. If you still have any doubt, make inquiry as to what happened to Hiroshima when just one atomic bomb fell on that city. " - Why did they list Hiroshima if they hadn't yet attacked it?

instead of reasoning with the terrorist, why not talk to the governmet? We should only be fighting the terrorists. Why not work with the government to help irradicate those who wish the USA harm? When war is "nesscecary" we should at least be intelligent about it.
