I said the same thing to myself after this particular brew day! I tend to change my setups from time to time and quickly learn to use all my equipment in its best fashion. As of the current date I now use my pump to recirculate the mash, however pumping from the mash tun can lead to a stuck mash. I havent had any problems though.
why dont you use your pump to recirculate?
