Hang in there! It's a very involved program so be patient and take it one lesson at a time. Eventually you will get there.

  • say what tool did you use to make one? because i like to make one and im a dinosaur addicted boy... oh and cool video

  • I used 3ds max to model, texture, animate and render.

Adobe Premiere was used for video editing.

  • @CanadianMuseumNature That was probaly alot of work.

  • chevere la animacion

  • One of the greatest things I have ever watched.

  • very nice!!

  • Excellent work!

  • Great 3D animation of a dinosaur skeleton ever!

its so hard to just draw a single sketch of a human skeleton especially a dinosaur!!!!!

  • cool!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ( 10000,000,times)

  • This particular species of Chasmosaurus has smaller horns. This animation is based on the exact anatomical features found from the fossils. Showcased at the Canadian Museum of Nature is an animation depicting the famous chewing mechanism of hadrosaurs which includes Corythosaur. The hadrosaur species we have showcased is called Edmontosaurus regalis.

  • This is _C. belli_. It's a lovely animation, though I do long for the tail.

  • good animation looks like a documentary reconstruction

  • I would love to see Corythosaurus. whatever is available on this dinosaur. Is my fav.

  • Hey that was great- doesnt Chasmosaurus have longer brow horns?

Id love to see you do this with a Corythosaurus!

  • nice

  • Unbelievable! One of the greatest things I have ever watched. Thanks for the great post. Can't wait to get my hands on more.

  • good question. The fossils (brown bones)in the animation are an exact representation of the fossil fragments found in real life. The tail bones were not found. They are believed to have been eroded away; therefore the tail bones were not included in the animation.

  • Why doesn't it have a tail?

  • nice

  • that kicked ass!!

  • Mighty fine lookin' Chasmosaurus right there!

  • That is one cool animation there.

  • very nice!!
